Q: Is your oil made from natural ingredients?
A: Yes. Baby Face is 100% natural. Chemical based products cause irritation so our product is made entirely from natural ingredients, which are listed on our shop page.

Q: How much oil do I need to use per shave?
A: We recommend that you use 3-4 drops per shave. Pour the drops onto your hand, gently massage into your face over the area you require to shave. Then simply add warm water over your face. This will really create the perfect smooth shave you require.

Q: Is your product tested on animals?
A: No. None of our products are tested on animals.

Q: I have a beard, will your oil work for me?
A: Yes. Our oil is designed for the toughest of facial hair whilst at the same time allowing your skin to stay baby soft smooth.

Q: Will your oil clog up my razor?
A: No. All you need to do is to tap the razor on the sink to release any stubble.

Q: Can I use your oil with my electric razor?
A: Yes. It works with both types, manual and electric.

Q: Can I buy your product from elsewhere?
A: No. At this moment in time we only sell directly from our official babyfacegrooming.com site. We are in talks with several national companies to supply but currently only available online by us.

Q: How can I order?
A: There are 4 ways to order.

Q: When will my order be sent?
A: If you order before 4pm on weekdays, your order will be despatched the same day. We process orders right up to 4pm exactly to ensure this happens. If you order after 4pm your order will be sent the next day. If your order is placed on the weekend then it will be sent on the Monday.

Q: Where is my order?
A: We send all our orders free of charge by Royal Mail standard parcels unless requested otherwise. Customers can request a courier but will have to pay the costs.

Q: What happens if my order does not arrive?
A: We are very strict on enforcing Royal Mail’s own 15 day working day policy for late and lost post. We will not resend any items until the following conditions have been met:
You have clarified that the address is correct.
Please remember, it is your responsibility to be available at all times for delivery.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately if you have a problem. All claims for missing or damaged items must be notified within 7 days of receipt
of goods.

Q: Is shopping online secure?
A: You can shop with confidence with Google Checkout™. Our fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout™, and we don't share your purchase history or full card number with sellers. All purchase and card details are encrypted and sent over a secure server (https) connection.

Q: Can I pay by cheque instead of credit/debit card?
A: No we prefer to keep things simply by using our dedicated google checkout service.

Q: Can I have a delivery address that differs to the invoice address?
A: Yes. At checkout please fill in the alternative delivery address form, unfortunately this can not be a PO Box number.

Q: Can I have products gift wrapped?
A: We do not currently offer this service but will be looking into it for the future.

Q: How much is postage and packing?
A: Postage is free.

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: Yes we do. However if you require a delivery outside of the UK we would require that you contact us via email of the destination you require for a postal quote.

Q: Can I have the choice not to have any direct marketing sent to me?
A: We do not send out any printed marketing material but prefer to use email to contact our customers. You will not receive any promotional emails from us unless you request any details from us.

Q: Why are natural and organic products more expensive?
A: In the current market, it is cheaper to mass produce products using chemical ingredients. Natural and organic products are generally made on a smaller scale and use more expensive natural ingredients.
